Indira Rural Development Trust
Since women are vulnerable to social injustice, the need of the hour is to bring awareness in them to be economically independent and hence this NGO was started
Started in 2019, in Electronics City, Bangalore, Our Ngo mainly focuses on Women Empowerment and their well being . The Ngo has supported the rural women of nearby villages of Electronic city and other rural parts of Bangalore by promoting SHGs by giving them Income generation trainings like pheny making, Soap making and other activities. It has also provided loans to buy Tailoring machines and establish women enterpreneurs. SHG Trainings as been provided in rural parts of Mandya , Malavalli, and Mysore. There are about 2000+ beneficiaries

To make rural women self reliant, bring changes in their socio economic conditions and help them lead a decent lives in the society. To provide projects from Government to the women and tap the talents in them to serve the society.
OUR MISSION
We are looking for CSR funds and other Government projects to help women also approaching individual donors.
